This refreshing recipe is the perfect summer snack – super fast and super delicious.

Cut the melon in half lengthwise. Then cut one of the halves crosswise into2 cm (3/4 -1 in) slices, and cut two of those into three triangular slices. Place the six slices in a circle on a board of plate.
Arrange fruit, mint and flowers. Use whole flowers if they’re small, or just the petals of larger flowers.
