The Key Recipe – Thanksgiving for all

This recipe will delight everyone – meat lovers and vegans. So you can all enjoy a meal together.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

SF 3 c walnuts
SF 2 c carrots
SF 1 c celery
1 1 red onion 1
SF 1 tsp each oregano, sage, rosemary and thyme
1 clove finely chopped garlic 1 clove
1 Tbsp Tamari or coconut amino acids 1 Tbsp
¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.
