This fragrant refreshing lemonade is easy to make and changes the colour depending on the colour of rose petals you use.
Pour the hot water over the rose petals and let them steep for 10 minutes. I leave the rose petals in the lemonade because I think it looks good, especially if served in a glass jug, but you can strain them.
In the meantime peel and juice the lemons. Cut the lemon rind into fine strips and add with the all the remaining ingredients to the rose tea.
Replace 3 cups of water for coconut water or water kefir.
