Happy Energy Yoghurt

This recipe is based on a self care ritual Shivani Gupta shared in our Superfood Secrets podcast show #53. She recommended this superfood packed yoghurt as an easy, fast breakfast any mother can fit into the busy mornings. Multiply all quantities and you have delicious, energy giving snacks all day.

1 cup yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
SF 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
SF 1 Tbsp walnuts
SF 1 Tbsp blueberries
SF ½ tsp bee-pollen
