Peel the fully ripe avocado and remove the pit. Chop the chili very finely.
Blend all ingredients except cacao nibs really well and taste if it needs more seasoning.
Stir through ½ of the cacao nibs, fill into a glass or bowl and sprinkle with the remaining nibs.
