Bright Blue Chia Pudding

A modern looking chia pudding to cheer you up in the morning or entertain your guests.
It is as delicious and fast as all chia puddings but in a stunning blue colour with extra health benefits. Choose the simple fast version or top with cream and fruit to serve at your next dinner party.


SF 1/4 c chia seeds (white or black)
1 c almond milk or raw milk
1-2 Tbsp coconut nectar (or agave syrup or honey)
SF 1 tsp vanilla paste
SF 2 tsp blue spirulina
Pinch salt (optional)


Mix all ingredients in bowl and let the chia seeds soak for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Add a layer of cashew cream and (blend 1/4 cup cashew soaked for 2 hours with a little light coconut nectar or light agave syrup and 1 tsp vanilla)

Top with blueberries and blackberries.
