Super Chocolate Mousse

Creamy and indulgent – that’s how all we love our chocolate pudding, but without the guilty feeling. This version is much healthier than conventional recipes, plus it’s fast and easy to make.

Ingredients

½ avocado, ripe (soft)
SF 3 Tbsp cacao powder
2 Tbsp coconut syrup (or maple syrup or quality honey)
SF 5 Tbsp coconut water (or coconut milk)
1 tsp vanilla paste
SF Pinch cinnamon

Decoration

SF 2 Tbsp chopped almonds
SF 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
1 Tbsp dried fruit

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into two or three dessert bowls and decorate if desired.
