Creamy and indulgent – that’s how all we love our chocolate pudding, but without the guilty feeling. This version is much healthier than conventional recipes, plus it’s fast and easy to make.
|½||avocado, ripe (soft)|
|SF||3 Tbsp||cacao powder|
|2 Tbsp||coconut syrup (or maple syrup or quality honey)|
|SF||5 Tbsp||coconut water (or coconut milk)|
|1 tsp||vanilla paste|
|SF||2 Tbsp||chopped almonds|
|SF||1 Tbsp||cacao nibs|
|1 Tbsp||dried fruit|
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into two or three dessert bowls and decorate if desired.
