Relaxing Rosemary Tea

Very easy to make, fragrant and calming. What more cold you want?
Perfect for every day, especially the super hectic ones.

Directions

Pour the boiling water over the rosemary and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
You can leave it for 10 minutes and the tea will draw even more nutrients and healthy oils out of the rosemary, but it will taste more intense and bitter.

Variations

You can add milk and sweeteners just like with “traditional” black tea.

Or try adding other fruit and herbs.

Mint and lemon are a nice addition.
