Halve the avocado and remove the pit. A quick trick: Stab the pit with a paring knife. It will lift out easily.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and season. Spoon out the yolks and a little of the whites and pour into the avocado.
Bake at 2000C (4000F) for about 15 minutes.
